1. Acceptance of these terms

Anusuya Workspace ("the App") is provided by Vinay Enterprises ("the Company") for use by its authorized employees only. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility and access

Access to the App is restricted to current employees of the Company who have been issued valid credentials. The App is not available to the general public. You may not share your credentials, allow another person to use your account, or access the App using credentials that are not your own.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for legitimate Company business purposes. You agree not to:

• attempt to access data or functions you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the App or the Company's systems;
• upload or enter false, misleading, or unlawful information;
• use the App in any way that violates applicable law or Company policy.

4. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App, including attendance records, leave and regularization requests, expense vouchers, sales records, and customer information. Entering false or inaccurate information may result in disciplinary action.

5. Device permissions

Certain features require access to device capabilities such as location, camera, call log, and biometric sensors. By enabling these permissions, you authorize the App to use them for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You may manage these permissions through your device settings, though doing so may limit related features.

6. Company data and confidentiality

All data within the App — including HR, payroll, attendance, sales, customer, and operational data — is the confidential property of the Company. You must not copy, export, disclose, or use this data for any purpose other than performing your job. Your obligations of confidentiality continue after your employment ends.

7. Availability and changes

The Company provides the App on an "as available" basis and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any of its features, at any time and without notice. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Termination of access

Your access to the App is tied to your employment with the Company. The Company may suspend or revoke your access at any time, including upon the end of your employment or for violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is an internal operational tool provided to support your work.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
